These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the AutomaNexus website, services, and systems. By accessing or using our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.
1. Who We Serve
AutomaNexus primarily serves home service businesses located in NEPA. Services provided outside this region may be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
2. Services Provided
AutomaNexus offers website creation, automation setup, CRM configuration, lead-management systems, simple social posting, and related digital support.
Additional services such as SEO, PPC advertising, or advanced social media management are not included unless explicitly stated in writing.
3. Setup Fee & Service Start Date
All plans require a one-time setup fee. Services begin 30 days after the setup payment is received.
This timeline allows for system planning, buildout, testing, and onboarding.
4. Monthly Subscription
After the initial setup period, ongoing monthly fees provide access to system hosting, automation upkeep, general support, and one-platform social posting.
Subscription fees are non-refundable.
5. No Long-Term Contracts
AutomaNexus does not require long-term contracts. You may cancel your subscription at any time. However, cancellations do not include refunds for previous payments.
6. Payment Terms
Payments are billed electronically through our platform. Failed payments may result in service interruptions until resolved.
7. Client Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide accurate business information
- Reply to requests for materials (logos, images, copy, etc.)
- Comply with local laws and advertising regulations
- Use the provided system responsibly and ethically
8. Content Ownership
You retain ownership of all content, images, and information you provide.
AutomaNexus retains ownership of proprietary systems, templates, processes, and automation structures.
9. Limited Liability
AutomaNexus is not liable for lost revenue, missed leads, indirect damages, or issues caused by third-party platforms (Facebook, Google, etc.).
10. Third-Party Tools
Some functionality relies on third-party integrations (e.g., email, SMS, CRM tools). Availability, restrictions, or outages from those providers are outside our control.
11. Termination
You may cancel at any time. AutomaNexus may terminate service for misuse, nonpayment, fraud, or violation of these Terms.
12. Changes to Terms
AutomaNexus may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the service indicates acceptance of any updated Terms.
