Who is AutomaNexus a good fit for? +

We’re built for NEPA home service businesses and small service teams — contractors, cleaners, repair and specialty trades that serve local neighborhoods and towns.

If you rely on calls, referrals, and local search (not walk-in foot traffic), and you’re tired of juggling tools that don’t really talk to each other, you’re in the right place.

What exactly do you set up for us? +

It depends on your package, but generally we connect:

A conversion-focused website or funnel, proper lead capture (forms, call tracking, missed-call workflows), follow-up sequences for new leads and quotes, and basic reporting so you can see what’s actually working.

The goal is a simple system behind your business — not just a “prettier” website.

Do you lock people into long-term contracts? +

No. No long-term contracts. We want you to stay because the system is working, not because you’re stuck.

We use a one-time setup fee to build and launch everything, plus a monthly fee to run, monitor, and improve your system. If it doesn’t feel right for you, you’re not trapped.

How does the setup fee and timeline work? +

The setup fee covers building your system: planning, design, copy, automation, and launch. Once the setup payment is received, we move into build mode.

Services start 30 days after the setup fee payment is received. That gives us time to build properly, test, and make sure things are ready before we flip everything on.

What’s included in the monthly price? +

The monthly price covers hosting and maintaining your system, keeping your automations healthy, basic updates, and access to your dashboards and tools.

Every plan also includes 30 days of general social media posting to one platform (Facebook or Instagram) as part of getting your presence warmed up. Larger content or ad campaigns are treated separately so we’re not pretending “everything” is included.

Do you handle SEO, ads, or full social media management? +

Right now we focus on your core system: website, lead capture, follow-up, basic reputation support, and simple social posting for one platform.

We don’t position ourselves as a full SEO or PPC agency yet. If we recommend paid ads or deeper SEO, we’ll say that clearly and either point you in the right direction or plan it as a separate step.

How “techy” do I need to be to use this? +

You don’t need to be techy at all. If you can answer your phone and read a text or email, you can use this system.

We handle the setup, and we give you simple walkthroughs for the parts you’ll touch most: checking new leads, updating pipeline stages, and sending quick follow-ups.

How fast will I see results? +

It depends on where you’re starting from. If you already get some traffic or referrals, you can often feel a difference quickly just from better follow-up and a clearer website.

If you’re starting from almost zero online presence, we’ll be honest with you about timelines — the goal is to get a solid foundation in place first instead of promising overnight miracles.
